On August 9, 2022 the executive committee of the Oladiran Olusegun Adebutu Foundation convened a stakeholders' pre-engagement meeting at the Petrolex Mega Oil City Facility, Ibefun, Ogun state.

The meeting had in attendance representatives from with the security task force comprising the Army, Police, community leaders and the executive committee of Romalos group.
